The fonds predominantly consists of textual material created and maintained by Luciuk that reflects his activism on, and campaigning for, Ukrainian Canadian issues such as war crimes, redress and recognition. There is a small amount of personal and academic material within the fonds as well. The fonds has been arranged in the following series: Deschênes Commission, Personal, Professional, Subject files and Press.
The fonds consists textual and moving image materials. The films are of the Carruthers, Constantine and Beeman families, showing excursions, picnics and the family home. The textual records are comprised of late 20th century geneaological research together with 19th century family documents. The majority of the material pertains to the John Bell Carruthers family and descendants, but includes references to the Constantine, Beeman, Panet and Smith families. The record types include correspondence, wills, codicils, invoices, research notes and photographs.

Fonds consists of film of diving expeditions, air shows, and launches of the Apollo missions from Cape Canaveral taken for local news outlets. Also includes footage and photographs taken by Carl Shales, Lloyd's father, of a road trip from Kingston to British Columbia in 1923; the 1932 Kingston Air Show; R100; and various activities centred on, and around, the Kingston Flying Club.
The fonds consists of correspondence and subject files relating to various matters during Salsberg's term as an alderman and as a member of the Ontario Legislature. Also included are correspondence and research notes relating to many topics pertaining to the Jewish communities in Canada and around the world. There are also copies of Salsberg's articles written for the Canadian Jewish News and other publications. Personal photos and some of Dora's files can also be found in this fonds. Fonds contains film footage, originally shot in the late 1930s, by John Thomas Corkill, while a mining engineering student at Queen's University at Kingston, and includes Queen's football games, Queen's Bands, campus scenes and students, the 1939 Queen's Science Formal, the Napanee River, and various mining camps.
