The fonds consists of bound financial records and bound guest books. The bound financial records include Sunday school, donation, missionary, and maintenance records. The financial records predominantly list amounts of monies received from parishioners, monies spent, and information about Church staff. The guest books list the names and addresses of visitors from other churches. The arrangement of this fonds has been established by the archivist.
Collection consists of a photograph of "Honours Chemistry, Queen's University 1961"; various Queen's-related printed material inlcuding dance card for "Levana Midsummer-Night's Dream" (1961), Graduation Dinner programme (1961), Baccalaureate Service (1961), Housing Bureau list (1959), Arts Society information pamphlet (1959), "A Letter from the Principal" (1961); Snowball buttons (1960-1962); Kingston General Hospital School of Nursing Graduation programme (1960). It also includes a conference brochure (1960's) with a colourful hand-drawn campus map as its cover, and Ban Righ residence rules.
Fonds consists of the Canadian Banker's Association Certificate, awarded to Kenneth Christian, by Queen's University at Kingston; one "head-and- shoulders' portrait.
Fonds consists of digital images, with accompanying descriptive booklet, assembled from colour slides and monochrome photographs taken prior to, and following, the flooding of Aultsvile, Ontario by the St.Lawrence Seaway and Power Development project. It is entitled, "A Seaway Casualty: Aultsville, Ontario", by J. Gordon Jarvis.
Fonds consists of her diary written during 1874, in the Marlbank, Ontario, area, and includes accounts, a list of persons deceased the same year, and again in 1891-1892, and snippets of poetry and biblical passages; a photograph of ?Anna Young?; and two promissary notes relating to George Young.
