Author files deal with all aspects inherent within the publication of that author's manuscript. The reseacher is able to trace the development and the forces that come to bear upon the publication, from the initial submission of a manuscript to the ultimate printing and sale of that manuscript. Manuscripts, typescripts, galley proofs and press proofs of most published manuscripts are included in the fonds.
