Item is an electro-steel engraved image, probably Saint Servatius (other copies of this image labelled as him), died 384, bishop of Tongeren and patron saint of the city of Maastricht and the towns of Schijndel and Grimbergen. He is one of the Ice Saints whose feast days fall between May 12 and May 15 which is a period of time known as the 'black-thorn' winter because it is known to bring a spell of colder weather.
