Included are business papers, business correspondence regarding land lots, and a number of land documents involving various land lots in the Kingston area.

The sous-fonds consists of business papers, and those other papers connected with the settling of Yeoman's estate. There is little of a personal or even professional nature in this material. The records have been arranged chronologically within the following record groupings: correspondence; bills and receipts; promissory notes; payment notes; assessment notices; accounts; legal papers; land papers; estate papers; and, miscellaneous records. Of particular note is a letter written on November 8, 1844 concerning Dr. Horace Yeomans and signed by Thomas Kirkpatrick and John A. Macdonald.
