The fonds consists of material created by Hugh Segal over the span of 25 years as a result of his in-depth involvement with the Progressive Conservative Party, as strategist, candidate, and volunteer, in both Ontario provincial and Canadian federal politics. The material relates to major issues such as Constitutional reform and the Charter of Rights, a national 'social contract' and political policy which has guided and affected the citizens and politicians of both the Province of Ontario and the country as a whole. The fonds has been arranged into the following series according to the general file scheme of the donor: Speeches, Correspondence, Personal, Office of the Premier, Ontario Cabinet positions, Private sector, Prime Minister's Office, Early political activity, PC Party - Ontario Government, and PC Party - Federal Government.
Segal, Hugh
The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, typescripts of books, essays, galley proofs, news clippings, broadcast scripts, subject files, lectures, photographs and sound recordings. Dr. Whalley is the author of several books and many essays and articles. Most are represented here by working drafts, final copies and many by the final published version. Correspondence dealing with each topic and publication is also included. Another aspect of Dr. Whalley's career, broadcasting, is well represented in the papers. Dr. Whalley authored many scripts for radio and television. Drafts of scripts, revisions and correspondence with producers follow each work through from inception to reviews. There is also documentation of the 1939 Cambridge polar expedition as well as some personal material documenting Whalley's relationship with his family. The fonds was arranged by the donor into the following series: Books; Essays and articles; Broadcasts; Poetry and early imaginative writing; Professional papers, reports; Professional correspondence; and Personal material.

Fonds consists of correspondence; manuscripts and typescripts; publications; abstracts; subject files; research notes; personal affects; diplomas and certificates; photographs; and oral history recordings relating to Dr. Travill's research activities concerning the study of Medicine; copy of James E. Fraser's "History of Medicine '17 - Term 1915-16". In large part, the material specifically relates to the history of the Queen's Faculty of Medicine, the development of Medicine in the Kingston area, and the medical personalities involved with this development.

The fonds consists of client files, architectural drawings, photographs and slides, some business records, accounts and correspondence accumulated during the lifetime of the firm. The material relates to the various projects that this firm carried out, in Kingston and surrounding area, between its inception in 1972 and its closing in 1996. There is a small amount of material from other sources, primarily the firm of Smith and MacLennan where Mr. MacLennan was a partner before he established his own firm. There is also a small amount of material that illustrates something of the approach to design taken by Mr. MacLennan.
