Inside booklet are general directions for students, methods of procedure, instructions for registration and so on. At the back is a list of recommended supplies for students.

Inside the cover of the booklet is a blurb that reads "This represents your forth year assignment of study of the "Interstate Commerce Law" and the practical legal-traffic work connected therewith". Further in lists steps to follow for the assignment and mock test questions for each section. At the end of the booklet are brief directions to prepare for the exam paper.

A meeting was prevented last Monday night due to weather, but writer is assured of their progress: "I am sure you are building a real Klan in Oshawa". Signed "faithfully yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bond, JH Hawkins, Imperial Klaliff and Chief of Staff".

Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison in Oshawa, ON. The writer regrets they have not been able to forward "the enclosed Imperial Tax Cards in accordance with the promise made to you by Km. Elliott". Requesting to check "these" over carefully, and to return them if there are any errors for correction. Asking for the Imperial number when reporting dues in the future. Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison in Oshawa, ON. Addresses Hutchison as "Faithful and Esteemed Klansman". Mentions a Mr. Fowler intending to come with writer to Oshawa on October 26 for "the purpose of getting your organization off to a start again". Stating they have the records of some names and is requesting a complete record. Requesting to wire at writer's expense at "Room 603 Temple Building" when they have arranged a hall. Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison in Oshawa, ON. "Arrangements have been made for you committee to meet the Executive Committee of the Imperial Kloncilium on Tuesday next, November 10, between the hours of one and two o'clock. I trust that this will be convenient, because you will not only meet Dr. Fowler and myself, but also the other members of the Executive who are deeply interested in the situation at Oshawa, and the general condition throughout Canada". Signed "Yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bond, O. Elliott, Director of Propagation".

Letter addressed to a "Hanean Hutchison"

An envelop with a letter inside. Addressed to a Harian Hutchison at 32 Quebec St. Christmas 1925 greeting letter from a "Mr. and Mrs. John M. Jarbis" at 150 Worthington St. East, North Bay ON. Reads: "Dear Hanean, Mother was glad to hear from you and as I happen to be home for the holidays.... I saw it... Good you are keeping well and anything you happen to be on the north would be great to see you. I am with the Lochome Hardwire Ltd and like the County up there fine. Mother was good to hear from you and will drop a line soon. Best wishes..."

Letter addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott

Addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott in Toronto, ON. "By direction of the Elated Cyclops of Klan No. 4 as the result of a motion carried at a recent meeting of this Klan I am writing you to request that if possible you arrange for a conference between Dr. Fowler, yourself and a delagation of three or four which will be pleased to wait upon you some afternoon at your earliest convenience for the purposes of going into matters affecting the future welfare of our local Klan". Goes on to as they would like to meet in their offices in Toronto prior to November 16. "There are matters that are troubling the membership at this point and it is for this reason that we desire to inform ourselves of the true condition of affairs before being put in the position of answering questions that we are not prepared to answer with any degree of accuracy". Requesting to put a list of members of this Klan together with their street addresses or box number and forward this. Signed "Yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bond", no signature.

Letter addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott

Addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott in Toronto, ON. Wishing Elliott well and hopes they are recovering. "In taking this matter up with our Ealted Cyclops he is of the opinion that Tuesday would not be a good day for the ordinary business man account of the week end..." Suggesting to reschedule their meeting. "Upon return to office I shall be glad if you will let me have the membership statement I spoke of". Explains they are not able to go up to the city with their delegation, but they are hoping to meet the "executive Committee of the Imperial Kloncilium" and hopes the conference will be productive of a complete understanding and resumption of activities here".
