The fonds consists of moving image recordings of the various Hannah Happenings that have occurred over the years. Also includes a complete transcription of a series of interviews with Professor Charles R. Roland, covering his life and career in medicine, conducted by Dr. Jacalyn M. Duffin, Hannah Chair, Queen's University at Kingston and Dr. Paul Potter, Hannah Chair, University of Western Ontario.

The fonds is comprised of films, videos, scripts, articles, correspondence, awards, mementos and posters created and/or received by Richard Leiterman in his professional life as a cinematographer. This fonds consists of negatives, slides, photographs, film reels, and videocassettes of various events and organizations in the Kingston area including the opening of the Queen's University Biological Station at Lake Opinicon, Ontario (1946), and the Institute of Psychotherapy (1958); the Kingston Centennial parade and other associated celebrations (1946). Also included are photographs of the Queen's University Biological Station (1947-1948); various Queen's University drama productions; and publicity shots for the local Chapter of the Canadian and Ontario Cancer Societies (1946-1957).

Fonds consists of calendars celebrating the history of the Royal Canadian Navy, entitled, "Canada's War at Sea in Honour of the 60th Anniversary, 1939-1945" and "Naval Operations in Korea, 1950-1953, Royal Canadian Navy" as well as a DVD copy of "UNTD [University Naval Training Division] Queen's: A Quarter Century of Memories" presented at the UNTD Reunion Weekend, held in Kingston, June 2008. The film is a history of the University Naval Training Division attached to HMCS Cataraqui that officially formed in the Fall of 1943, under the command of Lieutenant William Wolfe, a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Queen's University.
Fonds consists of film of diving expeditions, air shows, and launches of the Apollo missions from Cape Canaveral taken for local news outlets. Also includes footage and photographs taken by Carl Shales, Lloyd's father, of a road trip from Kingston to British Columbia in 1923; the 1932 Kingston Air Show; R100; and various activities centred on, and around, the Kingston Flying Club.

This fonds consists of correspondence, periodical articles, pamphlets, slides, tape recordings, motion picture films and photographs relating to the assassination of John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
Aerial photographs, (prints & negatives) of Kingston and vicinity as well as Royal visit of 1939, Red Cross nurses, Kingston Collegiate Vocational Institute under construction, Canadian Steamship Lines Grain elevators, Westport, Keyes Supply and scenic shots of the Thousand Islands. The film reel begins with footage of cherry blossoms and then moves on to the 1930 Air Meet held in Kingston. The air show contains scenes of an autogyro, and flour bombing runs on a Model T clad in plywood to resemble a moving tank.
