Item is engraving done by J.C. Buttre based on a life size full length portrait of Lieutenant General Sir. Wm. Lepperrell Bart (b, june 27, 1696 d. June 6th 1759) at the Esser insitute Gallery created 1821 by Mr. George A. Ward. Inscription on verso states "visit the treasury of Louisburg"? Unmatted but in need of matting.
