The fonds consists of the professional and private records of Bob Fleming from 1952 to 2005. It includes all aspects of his professional life [excluding PACE Magazine years - see KRH holdings] from his work with Moral Re-Armament in the 1950s-1960s, his consultancy as R.J. Fleming & Associates (1970s) and Robert J. Fleming International Research (1980s-1990s), his work with Robert L. Stanfield, his twelve-year term as Director of Administration of Ontario's Legislative Assembly, his work on the publication "Canadian Legislatures", and the creation and administration of YES Canada. The fonds also includes personal records including an unpublished memoir, correspondence with family, friends and colleagues, legal papers, notes and memos, and other material. The fonds has been divided into 13 series: Moral Re-Armament series (1952-1965); PACE Magazine series (1967-1969); Arctic & Mid-Canada Corridor series (1968-1971, 2009); R.J. Fleming & Associates series (1970-1984); Royal Commission on Book Publishing (1972-1983); Rt. Hon. The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, memoranda, curriculum material, research papers, manuscripts grant applications, research files and index cards, and clippings. These are records of Dr. Tulchinsky's professional life as a professor of History at Queen's University. Included here are some family and personal papers that outline his life outside of his involvement with Queen's. There is also a good deal of material relating to his involvement with and research interest in the Canadian Jewish Community and the Holocaust. The bulk of these records relate to Dr. Tulchinsky's teaching, research, and publications.

The fonds consists of correspondence, manuscripts, typescripts, galley proofs, author files, financial and other business records. Author files deal with all aspects inherent within the publication of that author's manuscript. The reseacher is able to trace the development and the forces that come to bear upon the publication, from the initial submission of a manuscript to the ultimate printing and sale of that manuscript. Manuscripts, typescripts, galley proofs and press proofs of most published manuscripts are included in the fonds.

The fonds consists of correspondence, subject files, scrapbooks, photographs, speeches, addresses, lecture and research notes, honorary degrees, certificates and awards; and material covering all aspects of Senator Goldenberg's career. The largest category is Senator Goldenberg's work for the Canadian Labour Congress as conciliator, mediator and, most frequently, arbitrator. There is also a large amount of material on some of the commissions, conferences and advisory posts on which Senator Goldenberg has served. Of particular interest are the records of the Royal Commission on Metropolitan Toronto, 1964, the inquiry under the Combines Investigation Act into the Electrical Wire andCcable Industry in Quebec during 1952-1953, and some unusual material on problems in the Jamaican and Trinidadian Sugar Industries. The correspondence files contain extensive correspondence with many of Canada's leading political leaders including Mackenzie King, Lester B. Pearson, Pierre Trudeau, and C.D. Howe. There are also many letters from Stephen Leacock.

The fonds consists of correspondence and constituency files, speeches, photographs and scrapbooks spanning Millken's time as an MP for Kingston and the Thousand Islands and as Speaker of the House of Commons; correspondence, program, speech. an overview, and architectural drawings relating to the design and offical opening cremony of The Law Courts in Edmonton, Alberta.. The files primarily include correspondence with constituents and ongoing subject files on specific issues, but also contain some of Milliken's work on legislation and Parliamentary committees. The fonds also includes photographs and files around specific events, especially during Milliken's term as Speaker of the House. The fonds consists of the following series: Kingston office (1988-2011), and Ottawa office (1963-2011).

The collection is comprised of correspondence, articles, telegrams and official military documentation collected and received by Martha and George Lockyer from their son, Chris Railton Lockyer who died on active service (17 August 1917) in the Battle for Hill 70, near Vimy. The collection also includes a number of letters from Alec Lockyer to his parents and siblings. This material was organized by Don Lockyer into two named volumes "Far from Home" and "Somewhere in Europe". The volumes intersperse non-contemporaneous articles and materials framing and contextualizing this material within a larger narrative. Also included are some supplemental letters, photographs and a memorial marker for C.R. Lockyer.

The fonds consists of many mortgages, indentures and deeds of the Carson Family pertaining to their various land holdings in Kingston.
