Collection consists of a script for a screenplay entitled, "Revenge", written while a student at Queen's University at Kingston; photographs of student days, standing with Bob Rae at his nomination for a Trillium Award, and contact prints for the cover of his novel entitled, "how insensitive."

Collection consists of thesis data and a scrapbook, compiled by Elizabeth (Bess or Bessie) Sinclair following the death of her husband, R. Gordon Sinclair, who drowned in Collins Bay; correspondence, speeches, and photographs relating to Huntly M. Sinclair, as well as a certificate recognizing him as a Baden-Powell Fellow for his generous support of world scouting; and a file relating to the Sinclair Cemetery (a.k.a. the Scotch Corners Cemetery), located in Beckwith Township, Ontario.

The fonds consists of both personal and professional papers created by Joanne Page over a thirty year period and predominantly reflect the activities that Page undertook as a columnist, author, artist and poet. The records have been arranged into four series, Commonplace books, Writing, Bronwen Wallace and Miscellaneous.

The fonds consists of manuscripts for books published by Quarry Press, correspondence with authors, administrative and financial records. Included are submissions and related files for Quarry Magazine, Canadian Fiction Magazine and Poetry Canada, as well as manuscripts, notes, photographs and edited copies for other publications by Quarry. The fonds also contains some research notes and photographs for each of the books published by Quarry. The manuscripts include original typescripts, edits, galley proofs and finished publications. This collection of photographs donated to the university consists primarily of Redfern's work for the Queen's Journal during the years 1978-1979 and 1980-1981. It covers a variety of subjects including frosh week, other university events, sports, and concerts during those years.

The fonds consists of the administrative and operational records of Kingston Summer Theatre, including the minutes of the Board of Directors and Annual General Meetings, financial statements, Staff records and production records from 1979 - 1984.

The fonds predominantly consists of of James' research notes, grant applications, interviews, correspondence, articles and drafts for his book and exhibition (at the Agnes Etherington Art Centre) on Albert Chesterfield: A Fur Trader's Photographs: A. A. Chesterfield in the District of Ungava, 1901-04 (1985). There is also a draft of his book Locations of the Sacred and material pertaining to Arthur Twomey's Needle to the North, which James edited for Oberon Press in 1982. Also includes James' research for the Religious Diversity Project, documenting religious organizations in Kingston, Ontario.
