From the "Headquarters Ku Klux Klan of Kanada", a "Balance Sheet from Nov 1rst, 1926 to May 31rst, 1927". Includes a list of "assets" such as cash on hand and office furniture, "Loans", "Less" amount written off for K.S. Lord, H.B. Neely, and C.L. Fowler. On bottom half is a list of "Liabilities" such as "accounts payable" and "salaries and Expenses not paid".

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". Reads as "Greeting", then points following generally about enquiries made on a Gilbert of Petterboro Ont who was taken into custody recently in connection with some "unlawful transactions". Points out that this man was not accepted into the Klan when he applied last summer, but later became a member of the "K.K.K. of B.E.", and when this group rejoined their main group, he was again refused to be a member, as they are "not after numbers", and do not want "dead weight". Mentions elsewhere in the bulletin a Funeral Ceremony and buying official Klan books. Also mentions recent news in daily papers that one or two Popes have recently commented on "ugly things about the Klan movement", but that they expected this. "Each knock is a boost for us and calls the attention of thousands to the work we are doing. men think for themselves these days. One paper said we Protestants can never and will never "STICK TOGETHER". This shows they do not know the Klan. It has often been true in the past that our Protestant movements have broken up into segments, small groups, and have thus destroyed their usefulness [...] But such men are not real Klansmen, but are real enemies to the cause of Protestantism. The Klan "MOVEMENT" is primarily a world movement, and is national in each country. In "UNION" there is strength. No, the Klan will never be broken up for those who have such ideas will be put out of the movement by the local groups. It is time we protestants are learning this exceedingly important fact. Let us keep "PETTY JEALOUSIES" out of this great cause. Keep the one big thing constantly before our eyes ... IN CANADA THIS IS A NATIONAL MOVEMENT ... one big army with one objective. Victory is sure but we must keep step and forward march". Mentions how strong their cooperation has made their movement recently, and how the Klan movement is doubtless the "greatest movement of the age", the "last work in Anglo-Saxon-Protestant organization", the "last instrument of righteousness". On the back of bulletin lists the "duties of officers".

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". Claims they have a document signed by J.H. Hawkins who was banished from the organization in June 1924. It states that "an amalgamation has been formed between the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada and the Ku Klux Klan of the British Empire, and a meeting of the Imperial Kloncilium will be held" on march 27. Document further states that all members should lay aside all "personal ambitions" and be ready "to work in the interest of Klancraft". The bulletin responds to this by saying personal ambition was already laid aside months ago, and they see Hawkins note as a "ruse entered into for the purpose of accomplishing the early ambitions and purposes of these discredited and banished men". In general claims the Fowler's statement is false, as there has been no amalgamation, and never will be, and that they can never restore the banished people because they have already proven themselves unworthy. "This organization, the K.K.K. of K. has consistently for the sake of our great cause taken over without cost to them, such men and women as were deceived, and gotten into these spurious movements. Accordingly the Imperial Wizard, the Imperial Kligrapp, and the entire membership at Sarnia, London, and Stratford of the Hawkins group were taken into this body together with a goodly number of others in the four or five communities in which the organization operates. [...] [this] organization has been right and God sent from the beginning. It was O. Elliott who on June 24 accused J.H. Hawkins of (1) treachery [...] (2) failure to account for funds, (3) disloyalty to the organization, and (4) violation of his Oath of Allegiance [...] We are given the facts to our entire membership and we are a unit and are prepared to show up discredited and banished, personally ambitious, parties, and to see that they shall not at anytime, anywhere, further deceive the White, Gentile, Protestant people of our fair Canada. They are banished. They belong to the alien world. Let us deal with them accordingly". Bulletin #23

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". First, that all klans need to vote official names for the County organizations and to send those names to their Imperial Kligrapp, and must mention a name, number and unit of Klan represented in reports; Third, that from this date, no printed receipts are to be issued to petitioners for Citizenship, and that instead a punched car is to be used when they want to complete a record of citizens standing for Klectoken dues. This is because "old receipts have been carelessly used in several cases and have revealed memberships"; Four, present "supreme task is to "build, build, build", that they "are powerless without great numbers". Mentions that while they "practise 'Secrecy' and 'Klanishness', building numbers is also essential to their program; Five, that all robe outfits must be ordered direct form Imperial Headquarters, and that all cheques, money orders and drafts must be made payable to J.H. Wilson (Imperial Klabee), that all other orders be made to C. Lewis Fowler. Notes also that all robes will be registered by code number, and so robes are not interchangeable; Six, that open air demonstrations in Barrie, Exeter, Sault Set Marie, Belleville and Woodstock were "marvellously successful, that some 40,000 people attended. Mentions that Kingston under the leadership of John G. Hothersall, King Kleagle, will hold forth on August 2 and expect some 15, 000 people; Seven, that the Canadian klan movement has yet to produce distinctive Canadian Klan literature. "Every great cause demands an adequate literature. We shall certainly rejoice when some of our thinkers and writers feel led to expound and interpret our principles for all the people. The demand is incessant and great"; Eight, In bulletin #29, should begin teaching work, which covers field of "our symbolism, principles, meaning and scope of our task". Also reminds that Klan is no "ledge", and is "infinitely more than a fraternity". Document signed by "The Invisible Empire, Knights of the ku Klux Klan of Kanada, by the Imperial Kligrapp.

Bulletin #29

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". One, that a Miss Catherine M.A. Morrison, Chatham, N.B., has been chosen for Major Kleagle for the Ladies of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada, for that Province; Two, the annual session of the Imperial Kloncilium for the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of kanada of kanada will take place at the Imperial Headquarters this week; Three, that all Klans hold the larger vision of the "great movement", that they are not "setting up another Ritual Bound Fraternity", to keep words of "Secrecy", "Klannishness", "Anglo-Saxon, "Protestant" in mind. They recently saw some members at an invitation meeting with robes and helmets and visors raised, but that this is bad: "Identity is revealed and great harm done to the cause. Our very best and most responsible business men, seeing this, will turn from us forever, and justly so. We must "WE MUST" maintain secrecy. We must practice "KLANNISHNESS". We must make these two things vital in our life and work"; Four, with autumn here, expecting growth in every Province and in every Klan: "We can succeed if we can seal our lips; practice secrecy and Klannishness, if we can stand together faithfully; and above all, if we can have CONFIDENCE in the honesty and integrity, the one in the other. We MUST stand together through loyalty, through patriotism, through honour and grim determination"; Five, that all klans are instructed to collect dues; Six, to forward names of people who are willing to join their ranks and help their organization; Seven, that a special "Employment Committee should be elected", that all places be filled with their members or Protestants". Seems to be a page missing from bulletin.

Titled "Teaching: Our Ark of the Covenant". Outlines the "Ark of Our Covenant" that Klanspeople have entered into, which contains: (1) The Bible, "The symbol of, and foundation of, all our liberties. Take the Bible out of Anglo-Saxon civilization and we are ruined. The Bible is the Magna Charta of our civilization. We solemnly resolve to keep it so -to keep it both in all our public schools and homes. We warn all papists and aliens to keep unholy hands off the bible. This is no maudling sentiment. We mean just that. We acknowledge the Bible as God's gift to men and as the source of all our light and life"; (2) The Flag, "The fled is the symbol of British idealism, of British unity, of British life, is the symbol of that which separates and differentiates us from all the other nations and peoples of the earth. It is an expression of Anglo-Saxon, historical achievement and is, therefore, sacred to us. Unholy, alien hands must be kept off that flag and all it represents. The Anglo-Saxon race is essentially, racially, and fundamentally Protestant. Hence, the Flag must express, and does express, the Protestant spirit and viewpoint of life"; (3) The Sword, "The sword is a symbol of defense. If there are ten million Klansmen in the world, then ten million swords will leap from their scabbards in defense of Anglo-Saxon, Protestant institutions. The Klan as an organization is set up to save the World from the sword, for if we do not settle these great problems by intelligent discussion and exchange of ideas, they will be settled by our children with the sword"; (4) The Water, "dedication fluid, is symbolic of Klannishness. In the exercise of an honourable Klannishness we propose to solve many of our problems. We are covenanted together to practice four kinds of Klannishness (a) socially (b) physically (c) morally (d) vocationally. This covers the whole round of our lives. [...] We must practise Klannishness -we must be true to our covenant. A member of this Order who refuses to practice Klannishness thereby proves his unworthiness and makes his advancement in Klancraft impossible. This is the acid test to be applied to each member"; (5) The Fiery Cross, "both a holy symbol and a positive challenge. The Cross is a symbol of "LIGHT" and "SACRIFICE". Our motto is "NONSILBA SED ANTHAR". We "serve" and "sacrifice" for the right. The Fiery Cross is a symbol of sacrifice for the right. It is a challenge to service. These were are sworn to protect with all they mean -the ideals, traditions, institutions and customs they represent"; Document signed by "The Ku Klux Klan of Kanada, Imperial Kligrapp Lewis Fowler".

In reference to Bulleting #27, "which gave you the facts of the attempt to dynamite the Roman Catholic Church at Barrie, as issued, under fate of June 23rd, 1926, and in as much as certain newspapers have continued to use this unfortunate isolated incident to attack our organization, we again refer to this subject. At the first meeting of our Executive Committee, we suspended William Skelly from membership in our order and advised all Canadian Units. Banishment will be effected at the present session of our Imperial Kloncilium. At his trial in October, he implicated two others and made statements which we believe, after careful investigation, were not true. We wish it impress upon you that the Ku Klux Klan was not on trial, but rather through individuals who through indiscretion, ignorance of the law, and lack of judgement, have assisted our enemies in their plan of attack. We were true to our obligation when we cooperated and assisted the officers of the law in the performance of their duties, and delivered William Skelly to the Provincial police and wish add that the Ku Klux Klan will not be a harbor or refuge for those who are law-breakers and wrong doers. lawless men will not be tolerated and we wish it impress upon all Klansmen the imperative necessity of selecting good men, and true, to become Citizens of this Invisible Empire. The detrimental publicity which this incident has given us, should bring home to each citizens the individual responsibility of so convicting himself as not to bring discredit on our noble order, but to do walk, that in the discharge of his duty he may faithfully keep his oath in preserving his honor; and that he may be a living example of his dedication to the honorable task which he voluntarily allotted; to himself as a citizen of the Invisible Empire". Bottom reads "Issued from the Imperial Headquarters of Toronto, Ontario", signed "The Invisible Empire, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada".

That on December 9 a special bulleting about Klonvocation was mailed to each unit in Canada, and that January 24 was chosen as the final date. The auditorium will be in the Canadian Foresters Building on College St. Near the junction on Yonge and College Street.
