Fonds consists of correspondence, subject files, constituency files, speeches, press releases, newspaper clippings, political memorabilia acquired during Robert Nixon's political career, office records from Nixon's Queen's Park office and from his constituency offices, material about the Nixon family and the political career of former Premier Harry C. Nixon, and a series of videos recording various speeches, dinners, family, and other celebrations.

Fonds consists of ledgers, journals, lumber records, letter books, correspondence, contracts and agreements and miscellaneous material relating to the timber-making, rafting, forwarding, shipbuilding, towing and salvaging of the Calvin Company. The records include polling data and presentations made throughout the 1980s and early 1990s for the Progressive Conservative government, speeches given to corporations and associations across Canada, and slides for Decima Quarterly. The fonds predominantly consists of records pertaining to the A. Davis and Son tannery operations in Kingston, Ontario from 1903 to 1980. There is a small amount of material pertaining to Davis Leather Company tannery operations in other locations, as well as some personal family record. The records are both administrative and operational in nature and range in topic from equipment, tanning formulae and processes to financial accounts and employee agreements and arrangements. The fonds has been arranged by the archivist into two series: Operational records and Administrative records; there are subseries within each.

The fonds consists of correspondence, some personal papers including household bills, and the notes for a biography of Prof. Watson by one of his daughters.
