Considering the "investigation" by Klavern Huron no. 18, and resolving that JS Lord, Homer, Neeley, Hothusull are to function to the welfare and betterment of "our" movement. Later reads "evidence now in our possession alone", "whereas a C L Fowler should be allowed to foresent to show" and should be "reinstated" as he was "banished by these three men without trial, which is in our union" and follows "British Procedure". Continues on separate page a request by "John E. Hawkins" for wanting fair representation. Special Bulletin #32

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". In reference to Bulleting #27, "which gave you the facts of the attempt to dynamite the Roman Catholic Church at Barrie, as issued, under fate of June 23rd, 1926, and in as much as certain newspapers have continued to use this unfortunate isolated incident to attack our organization, we again refer to this subject. At the first meeting of our Executive Committee, we suspended William Skelly from membership in our order and advised all Canadian Units. Banishment will be effected at the present session of our Imperial Kloncilium. At his trial in October, he implicated two others and made statements which we believe, after careful investigation, were not true. We wish it impress upon you that the Ku Klux Klan was not on trial, but rather through individuals who through indiscretion, ignorance of the law, and lack of judgement, have assisted our enemies in their plan of attack. We were true to our obligation when we cooperated and assisted the officers of the law in the performance of their duties, and delivered William Skelly to the Provincial police and wish add that the Ku Klux Klan will not be a harbor or refuge for those who are law-breakers and wrong doers. lawless men will not be tolerated and we wish it impress upon all Klansmen the imperative necessity of selecting good men, and true, to become Citizens of this Invisible Empire. The detrimental publicity which this incident has given us, should bring home to each citizens the individual responsibility of so convicting himself as not to bring discredit on our noble order, but to do walk, that in the discharge of his duty he may faithfully keep his oath in preserving his honor; and that he may be a living example of his dedication to the honorable task which he voluntarily allotted; to himself as a citizen of the Invisible Empire". Bottom reads "Issued from the Imperial Headquarters of Toronto, Ontario", signed "The Invisible Empire, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada".

Special Bulletin #36

Begins with: "Loyalty to this Organization, to the Imperial Officers, and to the great Movement in which we are engaged, means much to each and every one of us. Let us try to accomplish more … In view of this, we must be continually on the alert, not only here at Headquarters, but at our Local Klaverns and Auxiliaries, to guard against the evil design of those not only from the outside, but from the inside of our own membership. We have nothing to fear from the outside if our membership is loyal to the duly elected and constituted officers, and supports them in their work for this great cause". Goes on to explain that they do not have the money for an "Investigation department", or a "Secret Service Department", so much depend on the cooperation of their membership. Further reiterates that dues must be handed in on time, and Units should be having regular meetings, reports should be handed in to Headquarters, and that the shipment of robes are coming in soon. Also mentions that 5 new units have been established in Nova Scotia, and that work in New Brunswick has been "satisfactory". Cautions: "Don't grumble -don't be a grouch -don't kill a meeting by knocking a Klansman. Don't say you cannot help or will not help, but be a booster. If your local Organization is not pledged 100 per cent, why not go to work to-day and make it 100 per-cent. This is the spirit that will make this Organization truly a success". Updates that Fowler is in New York, and lists names from different towns in Ontario that have been banished from the organization. In closing, "we trust that each Klansman may realise the truth contained in the resolution unanimously passed in the House of commons and in the Senate: 'Resolved, that as Canada is approaching the sixtieth anniversary of our founding as a Dominion the Parliament of Canada place on record its appreciation of the achievements of the Fathers of Confederation, and with united voice express the faith and confidence in the future of this our country and its development as a member of the British Commonwealth of Nations, owing allegiance to His Majesty the King. We trust that this commemoration will lend added inspiration to the patriotic fervor of our people, and afford a clearer vision of our aspirations and ideals, to the end that from sea to sea there may be developed a robust Canadian spirit, and in all things Canadian profounder national unity' ". Signed by George Marshall, Imperial Wizard, and J.S. Lord, Imperial Kligrapp.

Special Bulletin #37

Titled "Personal". In bullet form: "First", greeting to klanspeople in Canada in the name of "justice, right, truth, and honesty"; "Second", says that the bulletins and personal messages he has been keeping from members was a "dishonest" thing to do; "Third", he wishes to rescind Bulletin #36 by JS Lord, saying the document is completely false, "malicious, vile, vulgar, wilfully and purposely and maliciously false", that it was sent to "deceive you, but you will not be deceived by it. Do you believe we can build this cause about such people? Can God bliss such? Can He?"; "Fourth", that "irresponsible, irrational blabbers" can't build anything on "vile hate, slander, prejudice, or falsehood. Hate will kill any individual. Error has in it its own destruction. Truth given in love will win and save this world", that "I have the answer of a good conscious. I have no ambitions", "but I shall not leave you now when the klan is being preyed upon by selfish and personally ambitious individuals who have never learned the meaning of 'Non Silban Sid Anthar' "; "Fifth", "The principles of klan are righteous", and that those trying to control the klan are "unworthy", thus calling for a "real National Klonvocation and elect a real governing body"; "Seventh", "you are the final jury. What is your answer"; "Eighth", Call to ignore "falsehoods" and "whisperings" being circulated over the county. Proof of a "secret WHISPERING campaign is on to destroy everybody and everything not in harmony with the selfish ambitions of three people"; "Ninth", to send reports to King Kleagle and Major Kleagle. Closes Bulletin by saying that if anyone "preaches" another klan gospel, he is a "traitor and is a world in sheeps clothing", and adds that the klan is "positively international".
