The fonds consists of a letter (1947 Jan. 12), essays and addresses, and a catalogue of his personal sound recording collection, along with the sound recordings themselves. Note and delegate badge, with picture of his housekeeper. The slides depict views of Oxford, England, Western Canada schools, theatre, art, and lectures on Shakespeare.
The fonds consists of notes relating to the cannon on the grounds of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, said to have been used in the seige of Londonderry, 1689 as well as three sound recordings of interviews undertaken with Mr. McRae by Rose Mary Gibson in April and May of 1971. Topics discussed include: McRae family, the Golden Lion Block, various Kingston families (Reids, Chowns, Polsons, Lintons, etc) and various Kingston businesses (james Reid, Steacy's, Bibby's, McNee and Minnes, Hendersons, Crothers, etc).

The fonds consists of ledgers and notebooks from Mallory's practice. The ledgers record names, dates, brief notations of illnesses andtreatments, and fees. There are often lists of obstetrical cases at the ends of the ledgers. Occasionally total earnings for a period are noted, as well as the method of payment by patients. Also included is a Materia Medica notebook from 1885 which has notes taken from lectures by Dr. Oliver, a professor at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. There is also a notebook with notes on various types of medicines.
