Fonds consists of Dr. Ossenberg's data on her cranial project as well as other projects (she was a professor of anatomy and anthropology). There is also some correspondence, and some research notes for her projects. Also included are a few files on her family's genealogy of the Reid/Spence families.

The collection consists of biographical information; newspaper clippings that include clippings on Rawlyk and her work and exhibitions; photographs of the artist and her exhibitions and workspaces; art show memorabilia including gallery pamphlets and promotional information; journals, letters and correspondence including personal journal entries, correspondence between public & commercial galleries, and personal correspondence; teaching documents from Rawlyk’s time teaching at St. Lawrence college; lists of inventory and lists of work; rentals and sales information; materials Rawlyk had compiled to create a catalogue of her work and website information; photographs of maquettes; catalogues from galleries and exhibitions; and contextual materials.
The fonds consists of correspondence, working documents, drafts, minutes and other material relating to the planning and implementation of projects and events surrounding Queen's 175th Anniversary.
Fonds consists of correspondence relating mainly to Alfred Bader's work in chemistry and his life as a gallery owner, art dealer, and art critic; subject files; papers documenting his early life in England, Canada, and the United States; records pertaining to his numerous travels around the world; writings and various publications; drafts and mss. in connection one of his memoirs entitled "Chemistry and Art: More Adventures of a Chemist Collector"; photographs. It also includes his POW shirt from WWII.

Clench', 'Nancy Malloy', and 'Robert Sutherland'; submissions to 'Wartime Memories', which formed the basis for the 1995, and the revised 1996 publication, capturing alumni memories of the Second World War, entitled, 'Queen's Goes to War: 'The best and the worst of times ...''; photographs of numerous Queen's University football teams; photographs of Upper Canada Village; transcripts of interviews with Dr. Margaret Angus, A.D. McGinnis, Dr. Stewart Webster, and Clara Brooke, undertaken as part of the Review's on-going "Oral History Project"; copy of article, plus original typescript, authored by Alfred Bader describing his time spent as a prisoner in a Canadian internment camp, compact disk containing images of the shirt he wore while interned; and bound volumes of the "Queen's Alumni Review".
The fonds predominantly consists of records of the Afro-Caribe Community Foundation as well as some records from a variety of other community groups, such as Queen's University student groups, in which Brown has participated, or had interest. There is also a small amount of material that is representational of Brown's teaching career.
