Inside the booklet are "lessons" for practicing French phrases and sentences. In the back are recommended supplies for students for learning more.

Describes that 3 Airedale pups have been shipped to Oshawa.

First, that sending reports of Imperial Tax should include old Imperial number; Two that official representative of the Imperial Kloncilium in the community is the Kleagle, and so he is in charge of all mobilization work, and members are expected to cooperate; Three, weekly reports and the importance of hiding them in on time; Four, that now that spring is here, there will be several "big open air naturalization ceremonies", on in Western Ontario in Huron County on May 23, one near Kingston around same time, one in Simcoe County at Barrie. All are invited; Five, that the "military machinery of the County Klan is under the direction of the Klaliff (as Colonel)", that proper records are to be kept, and that each Klaliff should be familiar with the law governing this phase of the work. Also that "the ladies do not use this phase but get results of work from Klansmen"; Six, to read bulletin #23 about outlined work on committees; Seven, reminder that they are not a lodge, but a world movement; Eight, to have faith in the "native goodness of our race", the "Christian charity and faith"; and Nine, that all klans purchase the official Kligrapp and Klabee books, binders, and fillers as soon as possible. Further quotes "To live as gently as I can,/ To be no matter where --a man;/ To take what comes of good or ill,/ And cling to faith and honor still;/ To do my best and let that stand,/ The record of my brain and hand;/ And then should failure come to me,/ Still work and hope for victory". Inside the cover of the booklet is a blurb that reads "This represents your forth year assignment of study of the "Interstate Commerce Law" and the practical legal-traffic work connected therewith". Further in lists steps to follow for the assignment and mock test questions for each section. At the end of the booklet are brief directions to prepare for the exam paper.

Department has to "lithograph maps of township of Stonington where Dog Lake is", but can get a blueprint for 50 cents. Enclosed "Summer Resort Regulations on blank application form".

Top of letter is a picture of a hooded person in white robes on top of a hooded horse holding a torch, with the words "Yesterday Today and Forever". Begins with "Read at your Next Meeting", then follows another general greeting. Reads: "I find that too many men are being admitted into our Order without their Klectoken or Donation being paid and in many cases these men do not attend meetings or take any further interest in Klankraft. This method is roving a detriment to Klankraft and must be discontinued at once. Effective at once King Kleagles, Kleagles, and Exalted Cyclops are instructed to see that the Obligation or Secret work is not suffered upon any applicant until the Klectoken or Donation has been paid in full and dues for the first quarter or remaining period of such quarter has been paid. You will t once notify all members that when they bring eligible with them to our meeting that they must inform such eligible that the donation is ten dollars and the dues $1.50 per quarter or 50 cents per month [...] and in case this is not done the member bringing them to the meeting will be held personally responsible for such donation and dues".
