"Dr. C. Lewis Fowler"

Titled "Dr. C. Lewis Fowler Sends Special Message to All Klansmen and Klanswomen in Canada". First, that in coming up to the Klonvocation, they are taking "the most important steps in the history of the Cause in Canada"; Two, that "no man can feel as I do toward this cause. I have the honor of being its Father in Canada. As such I have a right as well as a sacred obligation to think of it and to speak of it; hence this message. I have no personal ambitions, I crave no office, do not desire to be the Imperial Wizard, for with my own hands I wrote into the Laws the Words, the Imperial Wizard must be a native born Canadian citizen [...] But I have never had but one desire, viz; that of a great Organization set up in Canada [...] To this end I have given my pledge to the Committee that I will return here, will be in the Kloncovation and that I will remain as long as it is the will of the members in Klonvocation assembled for me to remain and train the men elected in all the Orders [...] I have delivered in trust the higher orders to a trust committee to hold for this body until they are ready for them. I am ready and willing to serve when the right kind of men are placed about me in the work"; Third, that he has given his life for this work, and wish the newly elected men will be men of experience; Fourth, that he urges them to come to Klonvocation and to "distribute the Kloncilium all over the Dominion so as to represent each and every section"; Five, that he feels that only he has "the obligation and the right to send this personal message"; and Six, that he hope he stirs their "pure minds by way of remembrance Future generations will be pleased if we are big, and true and wise now". Signed C. Lewis Fowler.

Final Klonvocation Bulletin

Titled "Final Klonvocation Bulletin", addressing "all Klansmen and Klanswomen". According to the bulleting, the Klonvocation committee is making its final arrangement for the Klonvocation on Jan 17 and 18 at a hall on 22 College Street just west of Yonge St. Starting at 10:30am, everyone must show their national pass card or have their Imperial dues to gain access. Each Klan of the Knights or Ladies of the Ku Klux Klan of Canada is entitled to one delegate, a "Kleper", for the first 100 members, and an extra Kleeper for each 100 above that. First business will be the election of an Imperial Wizard, who will then to elect remaining members, then to determine who be elected to Cabinet. The ladies will do the same but in a different room in the same building, as well as adopt a Constitution. Document signed by the Special Klonvocation Committee.
