A "Kastle of the Knights of Kamelia", of "Second Order of Klan Kraft to be formed in Toronto for September 1927. This class will be of 10 members. No charge required by expect a donation of $500 to cover cost of membership cards, passports, etc. Give name and cheque to a Walter G. Douglas, Imperial Klabee and mail to PO Box 176 Toronto ON. Titled "Proclamation No.1". Third Degree "(K-Trio)" was elected and installed on Great War Veterans Hall in City of Toronto ON. This "kastle" will be known as "kastle No. 1" or "mother kastle of the Dominion of Canada". Kastle no. 1 declared they have the only "legal, lawful, and authentic K-Trio degree". It is composed of "native born Canadians and have been investigated, duly deliberated and proved to their own satisfaction, the foregoing statement to be truth". Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison in Oshawa, ON. Addresses Hutchison as "Faithful and Esteemed Klansman". Mentions a Mr. Fowler intending to come with writer to Oshawa on October 26 for "the purpose of getting your organization off to a start again". Stating they have the records of some names and is requesting a complete record. Requesting to wire at writer's expense at "Room 603 Temple Building" when they have arranged a hall.
