From the "Headquarters Ku Klux Klan of Kanada", a "Balance Sheet from Nov 1rst, 1926 to May 31rst, 1927". Includes a list of "assets" such as cash on hand and office furniture, "Loans", "Less" amount written off for K.S. Lord, H.B. Neely, and C.L. Fowler. On bottom half is a list of "Liabilities" such as "accounts payable" and "salaries and Expenses not paid".

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". Claims they have a document signed by J.H. Hawkins who was banished from the organization in June 1924. It states that "an amalgamation has been formed between the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada and the Ku Klux Klan of the British Empire, and a meeting of the Imperial Kloncilium will be held" on march 27. Document further states that all members should lay aside all "personal ambitions" and be ready "to work in the interest of Klancraft". The bulletin responds to this by saying personal ambition was already laid aside months ago, and they see Hawkins note as a "ruse entered into for the purpose of accomplishing the early ambitions and purposes of these discredited and banished men". In general claims the Fowler's statement is false, as there has been no amalgamation, and never will be, and that they can never restore the banished people because they have already proven themselves unworthy. "This organization, the K.K.K. of K. has consistently for the sake of our great cause taken over without cost to them, such men and women as were deceived, and gotten into these spurious movements. Accordingly the Imperial Wizard, the Imperial Kligrapp, and the entire membership at Sarnia, London, and Stratford of the Hawkins group were taken into this body together with a goodly number of others in the four or five communities in which the organization operates. [...] [this] organization has been right and God sent from the beginning. It was O. Elliott who on June 24 accused J.H. Hawkins of (1) treachery [...] (2) failure to account for funds, (3) disloyalty to the organization, and (4) violation of his Oath of Allegiance [...] We are given the facts to our entire membership and we are a unit and are prepared to show up discredited and banished, personally ambitious, parties, and to see that they shall not at anytime, anywhere, further deceive the White, Gentile, Protestant people of our fair Canada. They are banished. They belong to the alien world. Let us deal with them accordingly". Signed the Invisible Empire of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada, By order of the Imperial Wizard, C Lewis Fowler, Imperial Kligrapp.

One, that a Miss Catherine M.A. Morrison, Chatham, N.B., has been chosen for Major Kleagle for the Ladies of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada, for that Province; Two, the annual session of the Imperial Kloncilium for the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of kanada of kanada will take place at the Imperial Headquarters this week; Three, that all Klans hold the larger vision of the "great movement", that they are not "setting up another Ritual Bound Fraternity", to keep words of "Secrecy", "Klannishness", "Anglo-Saxon, "Protestant" in mind. They recently saw some members at an invitation meeting with robes and helmets and visors raised, but that this is bad: "Identity is revealed and great harm done to the cause. Our very best and most responsible business men, seeing this, will turn from us forever, and justly so. We must "WE MUST" maintain secrecy. We must practice "KLANNISHNESS". We must make these two things vital in our life and work"; Four, with autumn here, expecting growth in every Province and in every Klan: "We can succeed if we can seal our lips; practice secrecy and Klannishness, if we can stand together faithfully; and above all, if we can have CONFIDENCE in the honesty and integrity, the one in the other. We MUST stand together through loyalty, through patriotism, through honour and grim determination"; Five, that all klans are instructed to collect dues; Six, to forward names of people who are willing to join their ranks and help their organization; Seven, that a special "Employment Committee should be elected", that all places be filled with their members or Protestants". Seems to be a page missing from bulletin.

That on December 9 a special bulleting about Klonvocation was mailed to each unit in Canada, and that January 24 was chosen as the final date. The auditorium will be in the Canadian Foresters Building on College St. Near the junction on Yonge and College Street. Addressed to the "Faithful Klansmen and Klanswomen of the Ku Klux Canada". Emphasizing that neither G.A. Warren nor C. Lewis Fowler are functioning with Imperial Headquarters, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada. Mentions a Convention held in Toronto on January 17 and 18 to elect fifteen Canadians, "100% British", at the Excelsior Life Bldg. Plans for the "summer campaign" are underway, such as organizing an Open Air Demonstration in Brockville and Kingston in June and July. They must determine dates and elect committees for transportation, ceremonial work, police work, press work, and membership work. Signed by J.S. Lord and George Marshall.

Addressed to a "Mr Sid Parkins" in Toronto, dated 612515120. Writing that sender received their letter, noting what they said about "her ear and getting after it. Says "looked her ears but never noticed her scratching, so didn't it suspect anything wrong... I think something good should results with interest. One thing sure there is not a better combination of blood existing in the world today. (Will advise you as to results in due course)."

Titled "Final Klonvocation Bulletin", addressing "all Klansmen and Klanswomen". According to the bulleting, the Klonvocation committee is making its final arrangement for the Klonvocation on Jan 17 and 18 at a hall on 22 College Street just west of Yonge St. Starting at 10:30am, everyone must show their national pass card or have their Imperial dues to gain access. Each Klan of the Knights or Ladies of the Ku Klux Klan of Canada is entitled to one delegate, a "Kleeper", for the first 100 members, and an extra Kleeper for each 100 above that. First business will be the election of an Imperial Wizard, who will then to elect remaining members, then to determine who be elected to Cabinet. The ladies will do the same but in a different room in the same building, as well as adopt a Constitution. Document signed by the Special Klonvocation Committee.

Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison in Oshawa, ON. Addresses Hutchinson as "Klansman Hutchinson". Inquiring after receipts covering three men's dues. A meeting was prevented last Monday night due to weather, but writer is assured of their progress: "I am sure you are building a real Klan in Oshawa". Signed "faithfully yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bond, JH Hawkins, Imperial Klaliff and Chief of Staff".

Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison in Oshawa, ON. Asking to mail a Mr. Young and Wilcox and any other card to "their Bowmansville address". Signed "Yours IBSUB, CC Hawn".

Addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott in Toronto, ON. "By direction of the Elated Cyclops of Klan No. 4 as the result of a motion carried at a recent meeting of this Klan I am writing you to request that if possible you arrange for a conference between Dr. Fowler, yourself and a delagation of three or four which will be pleased to wait upon you some afternoon at your earliest convenience for the purposes of going into matters affecting the future welfare of our local Klan". Goes on to as they would like to meet in their offices in Toronto prior to November 16. "There are matters that are troubling the membership at this point and it is for this reason that we desire to inform ourselves of the true condition of affairs before being put in the position of answering questions that we are not prepared to answer with any degree of accuracy". Requesting to put a list of members of this Klan together with their street addresses or box number and forward this. Signed "Yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bond", no signature.
