The fonds is comprised of records from the working life Sandra Gulland. The material is broken down into series predominantly based along project lines which align with her published books. There are also more general series such as correspondence, administrative records, and Gulland's editing work.
Fonds consists of correspondence to and from Leonard and Reva Brooks; and photographs of Leonard and Reva Brooks, pre-San Miguel de Allende, Leonard Brooks at the New York World's Fair, a sketching trip to Bracebridge with Corry Brigden, Leonard Brooks, and Hopkins Leonard, and Alison and Corry Brigden visiting with the Brooks at Christmas time in San Miguel, and Leornard Brooks and his orchestra at a concert; several posters, some signed by Leonard Brooks, advertising concerts in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
Fonds consists of the Queen's Yearbook "Graduating Class School of Mining 1910", belonging to Lawrence Roddick Neilson, with a number of additonal photographs taken on both the University campus and in Kingston and surroudning area, plus a large number taken during a subsequent surverying trip to Southern Alberta, to construct irrigation canals; and a class ring, belonging to Anna Lorena Neilson, engraved with "Q25".
