(November 1972); M.A.C program information (1975-1978); and departmental meeting minutes (1996-1998); records relating to the Master of Art Conservation (MAC) programme, including the 'Proceedings' and accompanying sound recordings of the "Art Conservation Training Programs Professional Papers 'First Peoples Art and Artifacts: Heritage and Conservation Issues' presented at the Eighteenth Annual Conference" held at Queen's University (May 1992); and records relating to MAC Professor Henry Hodges.
Fonds consist of office files; by-laws; general reports; correspondence, including the John Buchan, Lord Tweedsmuir collection and fonds; correspondence from the Office of the Associate University Librarian, Ms. Lin Good (1975-1985); records and photographs relating to the installation of the GEAC automated cataloguing system (1979-1980); visitor's book; logbooks; minutes and reports; budgets; operation and administration of the Special Collections Unit; task forces; committees; the Library Council; 35 mm slides and photographs depicting the facilities of the Douglas Library (1968-1975), the opening of the May Ball Library (April 1989), renovations undertaken at the Douglas Library, retirement gatherings for various Libraries staff including William Morley (September 1985), Miss Elizabeth Skeith (December 1991), and Reginald Morrison; photographs of Library staff; blueprints of proposed functional changes, with further revisions, to areas of Douglas Library (1980); a video of a presentation given at an All Staff Meeting pertaining to acquisitions, monogaphs, and serials (1989); lists of partially and uncatalogued holdings (insurance back-ups) at the W.D. The fonds consists of correspondence and files relating to his work as a member of the executive of the Archives Branch, Canadian Historical Association, the Ontario Historical society and the Society of American Archivists. Includes files relating to his work as editor of Kingston City Hall booklet, 1974. Also included are two copies of the program for the dedication of Abramsky Hall on May 17, 1975. It was given to Wilson by Mr. J.M. Courtright Vice-Principal, Queen's University.
The fonds consists of twenty-five architectural drawings and five architectural books documenting a variety of projects in which Gage was involved in Kingston, Ontario. A number of the unsigned drawings have more recently been attributed to other architects working in the area at the time such as Edward Horsey, William Newlands and William Coverdale, but may have been maintained as a part of Gage's collection of drawings as reference material.
