Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". First, that sending reports of Imperial Tax should include old Imperial number; Two that official representative of the Imperial Kloncilium in the community is the Kleagle, and so he is in charge of all mobilization work, and members are expected to cooperate; Three, weekly reports and the importance of hiding them in on time; Four, that now that spring is here, there will be several "big open air naturalization ceremonies", on in Western Ontario in Huron County on May 23, one near Kingston around same time, one in Simcoe County at Barrie. All are invited; Five, that the "military machinery of the County Klan is under the direction of the Klaliff (as Colonel)", that proper records are to be kept, and that each Klaliff should be familiar with the law governing this phase of the work. Also that "the ladies do not use this phase but get results of work from Klansmen"; Six, to read bulletin #23 about outlined work on committees; Seven, reminder that they are not a lodge, but a world movement; Eight, to have faith in the "native goodness of our race", the "Christian charity and faith"; and Nine, that all klans purchase the official Kligrapp and Klabee books, binders, and fillers as soon as possible. Bulletin #23

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". Reminder that all bulletins must be reading all Klaverns, announces that Imperial klonsel Homer B. Heely is now permanently located at the Headquarters Offices, warns C. Elliott and J.H. Hawkins have partnered to "force this organization to them back into our fold", but that this won't be done. Mentions that Hawkins is a man banished in June 1924 for incompetency, disloyalty, failure to account for funds, and treachery. Hawkins then went to start a new organization but failed. Explains also the Elliott was banished in 1926, and also tried to start another organization but failed as well. Otherwise, mentions that the Imperial Klaliff visited New Brunswick and is helping the cause there. Details also Standing committees, such as for publicity, schools, teachers, municipal or civic, provincial, national, religions activities, social welfare, entertainment, visiting committees, patriotic lit, Law enforcement, school text books, education and training in KlanKraft, program, and harbership. Finally, reminds that the Klan is not a lodge, but a "racial, Protestant movement".

Letter from "Chochian and McCluer Co."

Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison , from Chicago. Envelop has black smudges. Article spread 2 pages long. Front side reads "45 years 100% safe, established 1881". Presenting Real Estates, proposing it is very secure. Loans to Chicago area. Back side explains about "serial maturities". Included in envelop is an actual letter addressed to Hutchison for Mar 10, 1926. Reads: "Thank you for inquiring about book... which we are sending under separate cover".

Letter from "Cochian and McCluer Co."

Envelope from "Cochian and McCluer Co." at 40 Dearbarn Street, Chicago. Addressed to a "W.H. Hutchison". U.S. Postage. Contains a small book. Titled: "Are you interested in Building an Independent Income". Inside book cover reads: "A 15 year saving and investing plan that will support You the Rest of Your Life". Forward explains that this is a savings and budgeting plan that "helps the poor rich man and woman".

Letter addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott

Addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott in Toronto, ON. Wishing Elliott well and hopes they are recovering. "In taking this matter up with our Ealted Cyclops he is of the opinion that Tuesday would not be a good day for the ordinary business man account of the week end..." Suggesting to reschedule their meeting. "Upon return to office I shall be glad if you will let me have the membership statement I spoke of". Explains they are not able to go up to the city with their delegation, but they are hoping to meet the "executive Committee of the Imperial Kloncilium" and hopes the conference will be productive of a complete understanding and resumption of activities here". Signed "Yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bond", no signature.

Invisible Empire: Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada correspondence 5

Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison in Oshawa, ON. "Arrangements have been made for you committee to meet the Executive Committee of the Imperial Kloncilium on Tuesday next, November 10, between the hours of one and two o'clock. I trust that this will be convenient, because you will not only meet Dr. Fowler and myself, but also the other members of the Executive who are deeply interested in the situation at Oshawa, and the general condition throughout Canada". Signed "Yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bond, O. Elliott, Director of Propagation".

Letter addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott

Addressed to a Mr. O. Elliott in Toronto, ON. "By direction of the Elated Cyclops of Klan No. 4 as the result of a motion carried at a recent meeting of this Klan I am writing you to request that if possible you arrange for a conference between Dr. Fowler, yourself and a delagation of three or four which will be pleased to wait upon you some afternoon at your earliest convenience for the purposes of going into matters affecting the future welfare of our local Klan". Goes on to as they would like to meet in their offices in Toronto prior to November 16. "There are matters that are troubling the membership at this point and it is for this reason that we desire to inform ourselves of the true condition of affairs before being put in the position of answering questions that we are not prepared to answer with any degree of accuracy". Requesting to put a list of members of this Klan together with their street addresses or box number and forward this. Signed "Yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bond", no signature.

Invisible Empire: Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of Kanada correspondence 4

Addressed to a Mr. W.H. Hutchison in Oshawa, ON. Addresses Hutchison as "Faithful and Esteemed Klansman". Mentions a Mr. Fowler intending to come with writer to Oshawa on October 26 for "the purpose of getting your organization off to a start again". Stating they have the records of some names and is requesting a complete record. Requesting to wire at writer's expense at "Room 603 Temple Building" when they have arranged a hall. Signed "Yours in the Sacred Unfailing Bong, O. Elliott, Director of Propagation".
