Casson; diaries, including a detailed inventory of the Putnam's art collection; subject files; clippings; photographs; sound and vidoe recordings consisting of an interview with A.Y. Jackson detailing the early years of the Group of Seven, and interviews with Joyce Putnam by CBC Radio's 'Ontario Morning' and local Kingston television (COGECO) programme, 'Senior Scope'; material relating to the publishing of Joyce Putnam's manuscript, "Seven Years with the Group of Seven"; files relating to the theft of a number of Group of Seven paintings from the Putnam's personal collection; scrapbook of her one-woman art show; a copy of her personal reminiscences entitled, "75 Cents a Week".

The Fritz-Green fonds is comprised of material created and/or collected and collated by Paul Fritz. The records predominantly pertain to the history of the Delta region that were gathered, acquired, and purchased by, or given and gifted to, Paul Fritz from a variety of sources during his time spent researching and writing about the area. The fonds also contains a significant amount of material which documents various Green family members (Fritz's maternal side) as well as textual records created in the course of Fritz's own personal activity and endeavours. The fonds consists of of three sous-fonds and one collection: Paul Fritz sous-fonds; Green family sous-fonds; Delta Region Collection; and Stevens family sous-fonds.

There is also a collection of photographs relating to both family and business.
The fonds consists of correspondence, day books, journals, ledgers, cash books, and the financial records documenting the business transactions at the store, saw-mill, grist mill, flour mill, boarding house and electric plant. Also included is an Indenture between Benjamin Tett and O'Hare. The papers record the affairs of Benjamin Tett and his sons, John Poole Tett and Benjamin Tett, Junior and grandson Edmmund J. Tett.
The fonds consists of a journal listing deaths in Kingston, Sydenham, Loughborough Township and Cataraqui, frequently listing the age and cause of death. The journal was also used as a scrapbook, and contains some ledger entries. Also included are a flyer advertising Forepaugh's Circus visit to Kingston on July 9, 1880, a postcard, letter, invoice, two envelopes and two cut ledger pages.
