Outlines that JH Hawkins was removed from office and all official connections with Headquarters as of Nov 12 1927. Also that a R.G.M. Ross has been placed in charge of Imperial Headquarters.

Official Communication

Top of letter is a picture of a hooded person in white robes on top of a hooded horse holding a torch, with the words "Yesterday Today and Forever". Begins with "Read at your Next Meeting", then follows another general greeting. Reads: "I find that too many men are being admitted into our Order without their Klectoken or Donation being paid and in many cases these men do not attend meetings or take any further interest in Klankraft. This method is roving a detriment to Klankraft and must be discontinued at once. Effective at once King Kleagles, Kleagles, and Exalted Cyclops are instructed to see that the Obligation or Secret work is not suffered upon any applicant until the Klectoken or Donation has been paid in full and dues for the first quarter or remaining period of such quarter has been paid. You will t once notify all members that when they bring eligible with them to our meeting that they must inform such eligible that the donation is ten dollars and the dues $1.50 per quarter or 50 cents per month [...] and in case this is not done the member bringing them to the meeting will be held personally responsible for such donation and dues". Goes on to insist they inform and enforce the above. Signed Richard L. Cowen, Imperial Wizard, by Dr. J.H. Hawkins, Imperial Klaliff and Chief of Staff.

"Official Communication"

Amalgamation of Invisible Empire and Knights of the Ku Klux Klan is "now standing as an unbreakable wall to protect the white, gentile, Protestant from the oncoming hordes of darkness". A meeting will also be held on Aug 14 at noon in War Veterans Hall, 41 Isabella Street, where C Lewis and JH Hawkins would be speaking. Signed by George Palmer, Imperial Klaliff and Chief of Staff.

Minutes of Meeting

Handwritten notes titled "Minutes of Meeting, Oshawa Ont May 11 1925". Reads "Called to order at 8pm Clansman Elliott after candidates being initiated. Regularly moved by that Clansman". Mentions someone being appointed to a committee to "provide necessary paraphernalia upon motion and the motion carried". Also mentions Clansman Higett through Clansman Elliott that Higett could not intend, and should authorize another speakers. This motion carried. There is a check mark written over each paragraph. Second page mentions a motion carried unanimously that the name of Oshawa Clan no.4 be known as "Prince George".

Minutes of Meeting

Handwritten notes titled "Minutes of Meeting, Oshawa Ont, 4th may 1925". Reads "Proposed by D.A. Hubbel and Recorded by J.A. Edmonds. That Regular Meetings be held every Monday at 8pm". Lists "Officers" in neat row and columns: "Exalted Cyclops, Clansman W.A. Hubbel; Klaliff, R.M. Millar; Klokard, J.H. Schimmerham; Kludd, Libbey; Kligrapp, Hutchison; Klabee, Edwards; Kladd, Robinson; Klarogo, Powers; Klexter, Richards; Klokan, Chairman Friend; Klokan, Wisney and Body; Night Hawk, Ashley". Second page reads "Proposed and Decided that the Installion of Officers be left over until Monday 11th Mau 1925. After Closing Remarks by Dr. Hawkins and Clansman Elliott, The no.4 Clan was duly Closed in Ritualistic Forum". Sign R.g.O. Brian. Dated May 4 1925 on the bottom.

Minutes of Kloncilium Meeting

Minutes of Kloncilium Meeting held at "Headquarters Office, 614 Excelsior Life Bldg, Toronto" on June 6, 1927, by the Knights of the Klu Klux Klan of Kanada. Following members present: Rev George Marshall, Imperial Wizard; Mr. JS Lord, Imperial Klaliff; Rev Benj Eckert, Imperial Kludd; Mr. JG Hothersall, Imperial Night Hawk; Mr. AH Godwin, Imperial Klonkann. Explains that "Trials of Balance" was submitted and adopted. List of Bills submitted, acknowledged as correct. Following members were recommended for banishment: R. Sharp, CL Rose, JS Hayword, CE Knight, Fred Smith, JE Hawclons, Miss Alice Raven (Kingston), and AS Higgins. Following actually banished: Me EL Ketteridge, Mr. A McMillon. Continues under the headers "Outdoor ceremonies", "Dues", "Floats and Jubilees Parade", "Canadians Knights of the KKK", "Dues cards", "Klan Paper", "Re: Saskatchewan". An E. Pitts at some point during meeting was asking for a re-hearing of his evidence concerning his suspension, desiring to prove his innocence.

Loose front and back cover sheets

Loose front cover reads: "International Correspondence Schools Instruction Paper with Examination Questions: Masonry", Part 1, third edition, by the International Textbook Company. Two loose back covers outline the same recommended supplies list for students.

Letter to "Kennel Review"

Bottom half of letter ripped off and missing. Addressed to "Kennel Review". Publishing Co. in Kansas City. Reads: "I notice you have a blue pencil mark on my copy (January). On Dec 31rst I made a remittance of $5.46 which to be credited to classified ad that I stated on Jan issue... Attaching another $1.25 for Modern Airedale... I enjoy K.V. more each year and I think you have got my attention for life by the way I feel... Your ads bring results and I do not find that he demand for good Airedales."
