Bulletin #35

Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". First, that this bulletin is an official world to all Klans; Two, that the "recent meeting in Toronto" was not done properly, and that they wish to "ignore all that was done by the body, and forget it as a bad memory"; Three, on perfidy and slander, that slander is basically the worst one could do, especially when people pass it on as "gossip"; Four, that a Kloncilium has been set up and "we are resolved to put this great cause across in Canada; Five, that that the details of the "First Order" which has never been communicated to anyone in Canada will not be placed with "true and tried friends who, as my representatives, will see that each true Klansman and Klanswoman, as they are eligible for elevation, shall have the benefits thereof". Same for the "Second Order", "K-Duo", and the "higher Orders". Mentions also that "the Klan is positively international. It is commensurate with the distribution of the white race and Protestantism. The Klan of Kanada is adapted to the needs of Canada but it is to be also a part of the Invisible Empire which is universal"; Six, that to date, until matters of King and Major Klonglos is settled, send all duplicate and other reports should be directed to Post Office Box 176 to the Imperial Kligrapp C. Lewis Fowler; and Seven, that Mrs. J. Bollons is Imperial Commander for the Ladies of the K.K.K. of K. and all communications should go through her". Signed Imperial Headquarters, Knights (and Ladies) of the K.K.K. of Kanada, C. Lewis Fowler, Imperial Kligrapp.

Bulletin No. 40.

Addressed to "Faithful and Esteemed Klansmen and Klanswoman". Begins with addressing the large "Publishing House in Ontario" that is "interested in our Anglo-Saxon Movement", that will publish a paper in their interest and financed by subscriptions from members. This "official paper" will help spread articles of instructions to members and others interested in the principles of their movement. The Publishing House has requested the Organization to supply material relative to their work, and they will publish items of current topics and general news. The weekly paper would cost $2.00 per year. Further addresses reports that there are too many that are "not" interested in the Klan, but use it as a "centre to air their family quarrels and social differences". This will only humiliate the Klan in "the eyes of the alien world". They thus need more members who will live up to their obligations, and work in Clannish unison. Signed by George Marshall, Imperial Wizard, and J.S. Lord, Imperial Kligrapp.

Bulletin No. 41

Addressed to the "Faithful Klansmen and Klanswomen of the Ku Klux Canada". Reiterating that they do not recognize leadership under C.L. Fowler nor J.H. Hawkins, who have both been banished from the Ku Klux Klan of Canada. Therefore their recent claims about an amalgamation are false. Update on the robes, Officers are having their capes lined with red, yet only the Exalted Cyclops and Kleagles wear redlined capes, all other officers wear red covers on their hats, officers use red girdles. The Exalted Cyclops, "after retiring from that position continues to wear the robe, as a mark of distinction for the services which he rendered in that capacity. The robes worn by members are white, with white girdles and also white helmets". As for Open Air Demonstrations, they recently had a successful on in Kingston on July 31, where some thirty thousand people came. Successful ones also took place in Brockville, Toronto, Woodbridge, and out West in Debec and Meductic. Wish to soon have a good demonstration in Belleville at Smith Falls. Signed by J.S. Lord, Imperial Kligrapp, and George Marshall, Imperial Wizard.

Bulletin No. 42

Mentions that the KKK-K and KKK of the British Empire amalgamated into the "Invisible Empire Knights of KKK", but that this is false, because there is no affiliation between the two. Also, a "CL Fowler" and "JH Hawkins" were banished from "KKK-C" and "KKK-US". Questions of legitimacy within the groups.
