Then lists First; a Committee of Klavern, which must mark the ground for Quadrates, that Exalted Cyclops stand must be 4 ft. high and large enough for small table and chair, and a large flag should be mounted at the stand, also that an altar for Fiery Cross must be next to E.C., and finally that Klaliff, Kludd, and Klokard stations be same height as E.C. and larger enough for officers to stand on; Second, that the committee must be prepared to work; Third, the Committee of Grounds must police the field and wear robes; Fourth, the Committee of Publicity must let reporters know of the ceremonies, but only Protestant reporters, and are to be escorted in cars to 200 yds. from klavern and kept there until Dedication Ceremony takes place, then may remain and take pictures during the ceremony at a distance; Fifth, the Committee of Refreshments must ensure there are refreshments; Sixth, the Committee of Fiery Cross must provide, erect, and handle the Fiery Cross, outlining that the cross should be 40 to 50 ft. high, with arms at least 20 ft. across, wrapped in burlap and soaked in kerosene all day; Seventh, the Committee of Candidates should be on the grounds early and take registration of all Klans and Kleagles. Title reads: "To All Geni, King and Major Kleagles, Kleagles, Imperial Representatives, and Citizens of the Invisible Empire". First, that this bulletin is an official world to all Klans; Two, that the "recent meeting in Toronto" was not done properly, and that they wish to "ignore all that was done by the body, and forget it as a bad memory"; Three, on perfidy and slander, that slander is basically the worst one could do, especially when people pass it on as "gossip"; Four, that a Kloncilium has been set up and "we are resolved to put this great cause across in Canada; Five, that that the details of the "First Order" which has never been communicated to anyone in Canada will not be placed with "true and tried friends who, as my representatives, will see that each true Klansman and Klanswoman, as they are eligible for elevation, shall have the benefits thereof". Same for the "Second Order", "K-Duo", and the "higher Orders". Mentions also that "the Klan is positively international. It is commensurate with the distribution of the white race and Protestantism. The Klan of Kanada is adapted to the needs of Canada but it is to be also a part of the Invisible Empire which is universal"; Six, that to date, until matters of King and Major Klonglos is settled, send all duplicate and other reports should be directed to Post Office Box 176 to the Imperial Kligrapp C. Lewis Fowler; and Seven, that Mrs. J. Bollons is Imperial Commander for the Ladies of the K.K.K. of K. and all communications should go through her". Titled "Official Document", "Suggestions to Arouse Interests". Purpose of message is to give idea to stimulate attendance and interest of Klansmen and Klanswomen, as well as to increase quality and numbers in their membership. For instance, to form a cabinet so officers can have sense of responsibility of the success of the Klavern, to appoint members to report at regular meetings, to provide a short programs, to get visitors to assist, to provide a special program for Armistice Day, Mothers Day, Diamond Jubilee of Confederations and so on, to publish items of daily interest in the press, and to visit those who are sick and can't attend meetings. Closes with "The Klavern that does not render service, is not an asset to the community, is not functioning properly, and has but little use for its existence. Let us ;dig a grave for our ugly thoughts, and a garden for our kindly feelings' and live as becomes Klansmen". Signed by J.S. Lord, Imperial Kligrapp.

Handwritten notes titled "Minutes of Meeting, Oshawa Ont, 4th may 1925". Reads "Proposed by D.A. Hubbel and Recorded by J.A. Edmonds. That Regular Meetings be held every Monday at 8pm". Lists "Officers" in neat row and columns: "Exalted Cyclops, Clansman W.A. Hubbel; Klaliff, R.M. Millar; Klokard, J.H. Schimmerham; Kludd, Libbey; Kligrapp, Hutchison; Klabee, Edwards; Kladd, Robinson; Klarogo, Powers; Klexter, Richards; Klokan, Chairman Friend; Klokan, Wisney and Body; Night Hawk, Ashley". Second page reads "Proposed and Decided that the Installion of Officers be left over until Monday 11th Mau 1925. After Closing Remarks by Dr. Hawkins and Clansman Elliott, The no.4 Clan was duly Closed in Ritualistic Forum". Sign R.g.O. Brian. Dated May 4 1925 on the bottom.
