Scope and content
Header reads "Knights and Ladies of the KuKluxKlan of Canada", titled "Bulleting No. 10: To be read in open Konclave at the very earliest app". Inside reads a "greetings" and a brief history. Begins in 1928 with their "amalgamation" of four "map klans" in Canada to form a "National Klan in the country". Mentions a klan in Alberta and British Columbia, a klan in Ottawa which has "proven to be one of the most aggressive and progressive bodies in the Dominion". Lists a few towns across Canada while speaking about importance of "home", "church", "the cause", "fraternity", "blood", "Anglo-Saxon", "Yuletide", and "Protestantism". Also concerned by "tyranny and education in an old fashion God fearing home", the "suffering from a yellow press and yellow literature", wanting the "medieval vow of poverty, compared to today's craze for money, which aspires gunman and thuds and gamblers". Calls for a "sexual standard" and "stress obedience". In general, insisting to believe in the British Empire, because by default one would also believe in Christianity. Also believing in the British and Christianity along with the United Nations will prevent a second World War. Includes a song by William V Newson for "Canadian Opportunities Magazine". The end is signed "George Marshall".
